Mayo Food Fleadh Ballina will showcase the best that Mayo has to offer with locally produced artisan foods, cookery demonstrations, tastings, farmers markets, live music and children's activities throughout the day. Through the involvement with Gno Mhaigeo there is truly a traditional Irish feel to the event. Even a number of the cooking demonstrations will be delivered entirely through Irish.
